100 Things About Me # 23
I get a kick out of "personality styles." Taking the tests, talking about the results, and over-analyzing everyone around me.
It was the Myers-Briggs that got me started. Go on, take the (free) test! Study the results! Tell me who and "what" you are!
And if you're wondering? I'm an ISTJ. Have been for years. Just shows-ta-go-ya, people don't really change all that much.

The super-responsible mother (ISTJ)
Whether she's overseeing daily baths or, years later, insisting on a 10 p.m. curfew, the ISTJ mom's efforts are largely focused on offering her kids order and routine. She wants them to be able to count on her and the structure she provides. She is organized and detail-oriented, and gives her children practical guidance on being productive, responsible individuals. Still, with all her seriousness, she may delight the family with her quick wit and observations on the details of life.

I'm ESFP - "Entertainer". Radiates attractive warmth and optimism. Smooth, witty, charming, clever. Fun to be with. Very generous. 8.5% of the total population.
Wow! that's very nice to me.
I'm an INTP.
INTP
Seek to develop logical explanations for everything that interests them. Theoretical and abstract, interested more in ideas than in social interaction. Quiet, contained, flexible, and adaptable. Have unusual ability to focus in depth to solve problems in their area of interest. Skeptical, sometimes critical, always analytical.
Yep that's me. I love to think about the abstract and ideas, just don't bog me down with the details. I'm such a daydreamer and problem solver, it's just putting those plans in action that I have a hard time with. I should have been a history/theology/humanities professor.

I'm an INFJ:
The know-thyself mother (INFJ)
Sensitive and family-focused, her aim is to help her kids develop a sense of identity, and she seeks a free exchange of feelings and thoughts to that end.
My husband and I love personality tests to...especially Myers Brigg. It has helped us understand each other so much more.
ESTJ - organized and comfortable being in charge.
I would say "comfortable" is an understatement. :)
