My heart this holiday season is joined with others across the world who are saying "No" to the Christmas machine and "Yes" to those in need. We desire to give relationally, give generously, give personally.
Kinda like, you know, Jesus did. (It's his holiday, after all!)

For our family, we've decided to spend significantly less on "stuff" this year, and will take the extra money we would have spent at the mall and will give it to people in need, both locally and across the globe. Our contribution is not impressive in itself, but when combined with the gifts from the thousands of people participating, there is power to change the world.
Much like Jesus did when he came.

Very cool video. I sure did spend a lot of money during Christmas this year and I'm not sure that it sent the right message to my kids.
